Eibhlín O’Sullivan
Founder
Eibhlín O’Sullivan, the firm’s founder, graduated from UCC in 1997 with an Honours Bachelor of Civil Law Degree and subsequently went on to earn a Higher Diploma in Business and Financial Informations Systems also from UCC. Eibhlín has since received a Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance, a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology Law, a Certificate in Data Protection Law, a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice and a Certificate in Conveyancing, all from the Law Society of Ireland.
Eibhlín has extensive experience with buying and selling residential and commercial properties which she deals with on a daily basis.
From her work with the Fishing Industry Eibhlín has expertise in Maritime and European Law related matters.
In recent years Eibhlín has had a particular focus on Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Corporate Governance. She has a keen interest in Business Start Ups and has provides advice to a number of startups on all aspects of the startup process from a legal perspective.
